Water Heater Supply Line Broke in Delray Beach Condominium

In this high rise condominium in Delray Beach,  a supply line for a water heater broke in a 10th-floor unit, causing serious water damage all the way down to the first-floor lobby. 

When SERVPRO of Delray Beach was called to the scene, we took immediate action, extracting and removing the water. We strategically placed our professional equipment in all sections that were damp, in order to prevent secondary damage. We also applied an antimicrobial disinfectant to all affected areas in order to inhibit the potential for mold growth.

Once the dry out was complete, we performed the reconstruction services. The unit owners and building management were thankful and pleased that we were able to restore their homes back to their original state.
