Thunderstorms Cause Damage to Delray Beach Home.
Living in South Florida we tend to experience a vast amount of tropical storms.
This particular Delray Beach home had an unfortunate occurrence due to thunderstorms leaving serious damage to the flat roof of the structure. The ceiling and insulation of the residence were left hanging inside the interior of the home. Thankfully the homeowners called SERVPRO of Delray Beach to clean up the mess, and we went into immediate mitigation action.
The unsalvageable portions of the ceiling were removed and properly disposed of. The remaining affected materials were thoroughly dried out and treated with an antimicrobial agent used to inhibit any potential mold growth.
Once we completed the mitigation services, our reconstruction team was able to restore the ceiling back to its original state!
